Biography:

Wanda Maximoff, also known as the Scarlet Witch, is a powerful character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

Orphaned in Sokovia alongside her twin brother Pietro, she volunteered for HYDRA experiments involving the Mind Stone. These experiments unlocked latent abilities, granting her telekinesis, energy manipulation, and mind manipulation powers.

Wanda first appeared in a brief cameo in *Captain America: The Winter Soldier* (2014) and had a larger role in *Avengers: Age of Ultron* (2015) where she initially allied with Ultron before joining the Avengers.

Throughout her time with the Avengers, Wanda struggled with the control and understanding of her powers, and with the grief of losing her brother and Vision. Her journey is marked by significant trauma and ultimately, she embraces her destiny as the Scarlet Witch, a being of immense Chaos Magic.
